Spelling List!

Your child will receive a new set of spelling words in their home spelling book each Friday. The most effective way to learn spellings is to practise every day using the look, say, cover, write and then check method.  It is also important the child knows what the word means and how to use it in a sentence.  

Below is the New National Curriculum spelling list for year 3 and 4. Helping your child to learn these words will really support their English development.
